All our products come with a full one year warranty on the workmanship of the wood and mechanism (cartridge not included). No questions asked, just return your item and we will replace or repair. If you are not absolutely satisfied with the quality, workmanship, or operation of our pens and pencils, just return for full refund of your purchase price within 30 days of purchase. On returns that have been engraved, the engraving fee will be subtracted from the return amount.
